Position Description
Impakt is hiring a creative, results-driven Lead Funnel Strategist/Content Creator to take full ownership of our organic lead generation system. In this role, you’ll design and manage a streamlined marketing funnel, create compelling content that inspires action, and engage directly with our audience to move them from curiosity to conversion. You’ll optimize every stage of the funnel—guiding prospects from awareness to booked calls—while producing strategic content that fuels growth. This position requires proven experience building and managing sales funnels, with the ability to consistently generate at least 100 qualified leads per month for our established products and services. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a simple, effective monthly content calendar for our primary platforms.
- Write engaging captions, outline short-form videos, and prepare post assets for the team to produce.
- Maintain an active and engaging presence by posting consistently, responding quickly to comments/DMs, and initiating conversations that build trust.
- Conduct respectful, targeted outreach (comments and warm DMs) to prospects who match our ideal client profile.
- Create or coordinate small, high-value lead magnets (checklists, templates, guides) and keep delivery links organized.
- Track and report weekly on profile visits, link clicks, replies, and leads generated.
- Test and optimize different content hooks, formats, and posting schedules to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and optimize conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to uncover opportunities and keep our funnel ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with building a sales funnel is required.
- Proven experience designing, managing, and optimizing a marketing or sales funnel.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads organically through social media.
- Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of persuasion, storytelling, and brand voice.
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Familiarity with CRM or email automation tools.
- Experience using analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) for performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Measured Success
- Consistently deliver 100+ qualified leads per month through organic social media, fueling steady revenue growth.
- Maintain 20+ booked intro calls per week, ensuring our pipeline stays full and active.
- Double profile visits and link clicks within 90 days, increasing brand visibility and lead opportunities.
